After a five-year stint in neuroscience research, I pivoted to ML startups in 2016 and co-founded Between in 2020 with a focus on building a foundational model for audio on the internet.

We’re setting the stage for attention-based audio as a unique data class, leveraging user attention, spatial data, and machine learning for personalized, echo-free audio in mixed reality and hybrid-remote environments.

In 2023, we surpassed speech intelligibility benchmarks, thanks to dedicated backers and our top-notch team of scientists and engineers from Silicon Valley to Toronto.
