A successful entrepreneur in the construction industry, Gurpartap Singh Toor brings several years of expertise in city building. He previously served as the Special Assistant to the former mayor of Brampton, Linda Jeffrey.
Gurpartap Singh Toor is committed to serving the community through active volunteer work such as providing flood relief efforts in Brampton, Ottawa and Montreal, working with local organizations, and joining Khalsa Aid in Poland to help Ukrainian refugees fleeing war. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he worked hard to support vaccination clinics and helped organize the largest clinic in the Region of Peel.
When not working or volunteering, you’ll find him spending time with family and friends. He loves enjoying lakes and horseback riding through the breathtaking Canadian landscapes. He is proud to live in Ward 10 with his wife, Harleen
