As President of Ericsson in Canada, I am accountable for our Canadian business goals and objectives. Helping our customers succeed is my guiding star. Much of my team’s time is devoted to our customers and ensuring their success . By understanding their challenges and goals, we design appropriate solutions with proven technology that delivers results and makes their aspirations a reality.

Investing in the community is vital. I firmly believe that we can bridge the digital divide and create an inclusive society where everyone has access to digital tools that improve our quality of life. I’m committed to partnering with the Canadian government, universities, chambers of commerce, and boards of trade to ensure that Canada is at the forefront of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industry.

I’ve held several global roles throughout my career and am an accomplished leader. A cornerstone to my success is having a solid team around me. Developing your people, listening, mentoring, coaching, and leading by example are essential ingredients for success. The best technologies and innovations in the world are designed, created, and implemented by people. Mentorship is important to me, and I’m dedicated to nurturing talent for Ericsson and Canada.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and being outdoors. I’m Swedish, and as the saying goes, “there is no bad weather, there is only bad clothing.” I’m an avid runner and skier and am enjoying the beauty of Canada. A zeal for sustainability runs through my professional and personal life. We must do all that we can to protect our planet.
